Concrete Utopia (Korean: 콘크리트 유토피아) is an upcoming South Korean disaster-thriller film directed by Um Tae-hwa and starring Lee Byung-hun, Park Seo-joon and Park Bo-young. The film is based on the second part of webtoon Pleasant Bullying by Kim Sung-nik, which is about an earthquake and its aftermath.[2][3][4] It is scheduled to be released theatrically on August 9, 2023.[5][6][7]

Survivors of an earthquake shack up at Imperial Palace Apartments in Seoul. Yeong-tak (Lee Byung-hun) leads them with help from Min-seong (Park Seo-joon), a public servant, and his nurse wife Myeong-hwa (Park Bo-young).
